Early 2008:Verde started operations with incorporation of Verde Consulting Private Limited (VCPL).
Entered into a JV with First Climate AG, Germany to incorporate with First Climate (India) Private Limited in 2008.
VCPL had founded Verde International AG, a JV company in Switzerland, and finally divested its economic interest in the company in 2017.
Imagenous Engineering Private Limited (IEPL) is the vehicle of Verde Group in Engineering and Technology Space.
Verde has its client base in more than ten countries.
It has offices in Kolkata, Vadodara and Mumbai in India.

First Climate (India) was incorporated in 2008 as a JV between Verde Consulting Pvt. Limited and First Climate AG.
With more than 15 years of experience, First Climate India is a leading service provider of climate protection solutions and renewable energy, supporting organizations in achieving their climate and sustainability objectives.
The core competencies include products and services relating to carbon neutrality, green energy, green investments, and project development.
